automatically translate content on every page to the language of the current request. Supply a selection box on the page where the user can pick their language or automatically detect the user's language from the browser. Translation of new content can be created by google translation service.

Image Gallery should not add 'read' and 'link' permission to every folder created. They should only be added when the parent folder does not already have the permission applied (since permissions are already inherited)

Image gallery needs to change the resize logic - needs to be more fluid. The resize should change by the same percentage as the window.
