Create a new file permission - "List Folder Contents"
# when applied means the folder appears in the explorer and image gallery only if this permission is applied (or if user is owner). This way not all users image folders will appear for other users in the image gallery.
# When a user creates a folder in the image gallery do not apply this permission.
# Check for this new permission when getting directories in the ImageGallery.
